Kiryuu ID is currently the manga site I use most often; it works especially smoothly.
I found out about Kiryuu ID because a friend recommended it, and once I started using it, I couldn’t stop. The site is in Indonesian, but the operation logic is very clear, so not understanding the language doesn’t really affect finding manga. The homepage sections are very obvious, like 'Latest Updates' and 'Popular Works' are visible at a glance. I usually just click the cover → view details → read chapters. The website interface is quite tidy, and the update frequency is super high, making following serials very enjoyable.
Manga updates very fast, no need to wait at all for serials
The biggest impression Kiryuu ID gives me is 'there’s always new content to scroll through endlessly.' Many new chapters I haven’t seen on other platforms are already updated here. Some popular works even release several chapters a day. I now check it two or three times a day regularly, and almost every time there’s something new; the update pace is really steady. For a manga fanatic like me who can catch up on dozens of chapters by spending a few extra hours, this is just perfect.
Page operation is smooth, ads exist but don’t affect reading
I think its reading experience is among the smoother ones compared to other sites. Chapter images load quickly, page turning is smooth, and it’s not tiring to read on a phone. The only minor downside is that there are quite a few ads, especially image ads occasionally inserted at the beginning and middle of chapters. However, these ads are not the pop-up type that covers the page, and you get used to them after a while. As long as they don’t interrupt my reading rhythm, I can accept them.
Finding works is simple and intuitive, categories are few but popular genres are all available
Its categories are not as detailed as some platforms, but basically popular types like action, school life, and time travel are easy to find. Most of the time, I browse through homepage recommendations or update lists, and by clicking through, I often discover some lesser-known but good-quality works. Also, each manga has genre tags below it, so even without understanding Indonesian, you can roughly guess the content style, which is very thoughtful.
Operation path is clear, first-time users won’t get lost
What I like most is that the operation method is very intuitive and requires no learning. Clicking the cover goes straight to the details page, selecting chapters starts reading immediately, and every step is very smooth. When I used it for the first time, I was able to read for several hours straight. The position of each button is also quite reasonable, without the frustration of 'clicking for a long time but not getting into the content.' This design style is perfect for people like me who just want to quickly read the next chapter.
Community interaction atmosphere is not strong but website updates and management are very stable
Although it has a Discord group you can join, I don’t usually use those features. But judging from the comment section and content update frequency, it’s clear someone is maintaining the site. Sometimes when chapters have errors or missing pages, they get fixed after a few days. Knowing there’s someone managing the site makes me feel more secure. Even if I don’t interact daily, knowing someone is responsible is much more reliable than sites that rely entirely on web scraping and copying.
If you follow updates frequently and don’t mind ads, this site is worth using long-term
Overall, Kiryuu ID gives me the feeling—it’s not the most glamorous manga website, but it’s really practical. Easy to operate, fast updates, lots of content, very friendly to serial followers. Although the language is Indonesian and there are relatively more ads, these minor issues don’t stop me from continuing to use it. It has become one of the few sites I open daily, and as long as it keeps this update pace, I will keep using it.
